I am not going to spoon feed you, you should think critically. I am just going to give you ideas to how you should answer this question.

Take example from question 2.

If you choose to agree with the statement, you could say that 
1. Exam is a measuring device that test students understanding about subjects that they've learn in the past.
2. Exam motivates student to study really hard.

If you choose to disagree with the statement, you could say that,
1. Exam does not determine our future.
2. Exam is just waste of time, resources and etc.

Explain the main idea that with "Why and How" question and then give your opinion regarding to that. Don't forget to use right tenses and cohesive devices.
